Dulles Facilities Overview

The Executive Conference and Training Center at Dulles has five conference rooms of approximately 1,000 sq. ft. each. Capacities range from 20-85 persons.  Our Executive Boardroom is approximately 320 sq. ft and can comfortably accommodate up to twelve.   

In accordance with IACC (International Association of Conference Centers) standards and guidelines, each of the state-of-the-art conference rooms is equipped with the following:

Complete electrical and telecommunications capabilities

• Hard Surface Tables
• A front wall that is usable for dry erase and video projection
• LCD Projectors
• Flipchart and markers
• Adjustable, ergonomic seating
• Controlled incandescent or natural lighting available

Additionally, each meeting room is fully equipped with the very best in high speed Internet technology that is fast, secure and easy to use. Specifics include:

• Hard-wired Ethernet at T1 speed in each conference room
• Ability to convert Internet access to wireless
• Networking hardware available for a reasonable rental fee
• IT and networking support to ensure your network is reliable and operational
