Government Meeting Packages

Between our newly renovated and expanded meeting space, our simple and intuitive meeting packages, our ideal location, and our commitment to service excellence, the ECTC Dulles, VA is ideal for government meeting and training events. Government meetings and trainings are critical to our area's economic development and country's safety, so we go out of our way to ensure that we are a great partner for government meeting planners.

Deployment Grade Obstacle course – As a testament to our commitment to providing everything needed for government training, we even have a pre-deployment grade obstacle course on our campus. Our obstacle course has been used by several government clients, and is perfect for all kinds of military-related training and team-building exercises.

Day Meeting Package (DMP)
Our Day Meeting Package includes your primary meeting room, including set up and a full day's use of the room, as well as hard candies, notepads, filtered water, pens, basic audio-visual needs as listed below, and full food and beverage service as listed below.

• All Day Beverage Service
• Executive Continental Breakfast
• Deluxe Mid-Morning Break
• Daily Hot Lunch Buffet
• Deluxe Afternoon Break

Complete Meeting Package (CMP)
Our Complete Meeting Package includes all of the convenient services of our DMP, plus the following features:

• Dinner Buffet – Eclectic, two-entrée dinner buffet designed personally by our Executive Chef (menu varies daily)
• Deluxe Overnight Accommodations – Guest rooms at one of our five partner hotels adjacent to the ECTC Dulles (within walking distance)

Audio / Visual Services
In addition to the above mentioned features, both the DMP and the CMP come with a complete audio/visual package, including:

• Built-in, ceiling mounted LCD projector with built-in screen
• Two additional, free standing flipcharts
• Built-in, wall-encompassing white boards (with markers) and tackboard strips
• High-speed wireless Internet
• Adjustable lighting and temperature controls
• Onsite Copying, Printing and Faxing Services
