From the West and Manassas: I-66 East to Exit 53 (Route 28 North/Sully Road). Continue on Route 28 North. Once you pass the Dulles Toll Road, go approximately 1.5 miles and take exit for Sterling Boulevard on your right. Turn right at the light on Shaw Road. Turn right on Holiday Park Drive. From Leesburg: Take Route 7 East. Take Exit for Route 28 South/Sully Road towards Dulles Airport. Take exit for Sterling Boulevard East, exit ramp comes to a 3-way stop. Turn left and go through one light. Turn right at next light on Shaw Road. Turn right on Holiday Park Drive.
