At every touch point of ECTC experience, the planning will be painless. Our northern Virginia meeting space is built to be flexible, efficient, and convenient, but without sacrificing quality. Our experienced service and sales team will be with you every step of the way as you put together professional and meaningful training programs and conferences for your organization.

Our meeting planner resource center has all the tools you need to plan a successful, efficient, and productive meeting or training. We have floor plans of our space, capacity charts so you know how many people you can fit in our space, along with the benefit of being a part of a full-service conference center campus.

The Executive Conference and Training Center at Dulles has over 10,000 square feet of usable meeting space, including eight flexible conference rooms and several rentable offices for planning and administrative needs throughout your conference. Our facility can easily accommodate conference and training events for up to 250 people.

As northern Virginia's most efficient and convenient training center, the ECTC Dulles boasts some of the most highly technological meeting space in the DC area.  All of our highly flexible meeting rooms include:

• Ceiling mounted LCD projector and built-in screens (rooms over 1,700 square feet have multiple screens)
• Integrated audio system, including built-in speakers
• Wall-encompassing whiteboards with tack board strips
• Electronic adjustable lighting and temperature controls
• High-speed wired and wireless Internet access

Our facility isn't about us. It's about you. That's why it needs to be flexible enough so that you can make it your own. Our goal is to create an environment that is personalized for you and your training. Some of the ECTC Dulles' flexible features include:

• Multiple projectors and screens in single rooms to adapt to several different room set-up types
• Easily movable tables to allow for a variety of meeting types
• Sound-proof air walls that can be opened/closed to create a space that is as big or small as you need it
• We even have an on-site pre-deployment grade obstacle course in our back yard for government and military training needs
