Day Meeting Packages

Similar to the CMP, our Day Meeting Package (DMP) includes your primary meeting room, including set up and a full day's use of the room, as well as hard candies, notepads, filtered water, pens, basic audio-visual needs as listed below, and full food and beverage service as listed below.

• All Day Beverage Service – Freshly brewed gourmet regular and decaffeinated coffees, premium hot teas, and a  large selection of bottled juices, waters, and sodas
• Executive Continental Breakfast – Assortment of bakery fresh pastries, bagels, and muffins, along with fresh whole fruit, yogurt and cereal, and a specialty hot breakfast item
• Deluxe Mid-Morning Break – Energizing snacks, such as whole fruit, assorted breakfast bars, and yogurt parfaits

Our McLean, VA Day Meeting Package is perfect for trainings and events with local northern Virginia attendees. However, if your upcoming meeting has out of town participants, we offer an all-inclusive Complete Meeting Package (CMP) that includes great hotel accommodations all for one simple price.
