Our centers are hardwired with multiple Ethernet access in every room, each line with dedicated T1 speed! We are also fully equipped with all of the hardware necessary to establish private local networks which are secure and reliable. Our excellent onsite IT support staff can be available to assist you with any technical issues you may encounter!
As an added bonus, we can also convert our high speed access to broadcast a wireless signal for our meeting planners who require the additional convenience of wireless Internet access.
In accordance with IACC standards and guidelines, each state-of-the-art meeting and training room is equipped with the following:
- Flipchart, whiteboard and easels
- Overhead projector and projection screen/surface
- Complete electrical and telecommunications capabilities to conduct computer training, video-teleconferencing and Internet based training
- High-speed Internet access that is reliable, fast, and secure
- Adjustable ergonomic seating
- Controlled incandescent, fluorescent lighting and/or natural lighting
Additionally, custom voice mail service, business workstations, full time concierge support and IT support for technical services are all available.
